Contribution to the community is extremely important for us at Tulum Real Estate, and by supporting the most needy children we continue to prove that each of us can be part of the change that we want to see in Mexico and in the world. With great pride I want to share with you that we are part of the SOS Children's Villages support program, which welcomes children and adolescents who are in vulnerable situations in protective family environments, promoting their development and autonomy.

The origin of this association dates back more than 60 years, in 1949, when the founder of Children's Villages, Hermann Gmeinerm, founded the first Village in Imst, Austria, to provide a new home for boys and girls who had lost their care for their families because of World War II. In 1971, thanks to professionals and many kind-hearted people, the National Board of Trustees was created and the first SOS Children's Village was built, located in the vicinity of the Basilica of Guadalupe.

Currently, SOS Children's Villages Mexico is an international organization with 71 years of experience in the world, with a presence in around 137 countries and 51 years of experience in Mexico, providing foster care to girls, boys, adolescents and young people with and without disabilities who They have lost parental care, living in a family environment, a warm and safe home, providing them with the tools for their future independent life and creating their support network. Likewise, they have the Family Strengthening program, with which they work to prevent family abandonment in low-income communities. These programs are located in 5 states of the Mexican Republic, Mexico City in the Gustavo I. Madero mayor's office, State of Mexico in Huehuetoca, Baja California in Tijuana, Michoacán in Morelia, Puebla in Tehuacán and Chiapas in Tuxtla Gutiérrez and Comitán.

At Tulum Real Estate we have committed ourselves to Mexico and children by creating a strong alliance with SOS Children's Villages, providing important economic and promotional support. Because while we sell and acquire multiple investment properties, there are many children and families who have nowhere to live.
